Japan’s Emperor and Empress Meet With Children Abandoned by Japanese Soldiers After WWII


Follow up to our previous story about Vietnamese Bride Still Loves Her Japanese Husband – 60 Years After He Left, [add hyperlink], recently the Japanese Emperor and Empress, on a visit to Vietnam, met with the children abandoned by Japanese soldiers after World War 2. They met with descendants of 700 Japanese soldiers, many of whom faced harsh discrimination after their fathers left Vietnam. The descendants were grateful of the royal couples’ attention.
