This is one of the few articles where the review of the Vietnamese ginger chicken put together with the photo below will make you hungry.
With Anthony’s direction we chose ginger chicken and beef filet mignon with asparagus. The ginger chicken is Wok stir-fried chicken with ginger, broccoli, onions, sweet pepper and water chestnuts. The fresh ginger elevates this entree and brings out the flavors of the vegetables. The beef filet mignon with asparagus had large chunks of filet mignon, sauteed to a perfectly tender medium rare, in a premium soy sauce with asparagus and fresh vegetables served on a bed of crisp greens and topped with fried potatoes. We really enjoyed the crisp lettuce to accompany the savory dish. With the side of crisp, tender potatoes we hardly needed the side of rice. Source: QCOnline.
